My personal philosophy centers around hard working to meet my goals and achieve success. I am out going, friendly, and accepting. I am flexible and spontaneous, adapting readily to new people and environments. I best learn by trying a new skill with other people. I love to lead by example; lending a helping hand and make sure the work I do is clearly understood by others. Furthermore, having passion for what I do is important to me because it is the only way I can inspire others to do the same. And working with others to make things happen makes me enjoy what I do as well. Communicating effectively is also important to me, for example giving affirmations to people if they did a great job! Finally, I exercise how to take full ownership and responsibility for the work even though I have delegated it to another person.
